Welcome! You Were Made For Victory’s mission is raising up the remnant that is raising up the army of God. We have live events and online messages where people can experience God’s presence, power, and love and be changed in His glory. There is live worship; the Word is preached; and powerful testimonies are shared of what Jesus has done. There is also prayer and ministry time for you to come and receive healing and breakthrough in your life.

We have teachings and testimonies on our MESSAGES page to encourage and equip you to be the overcomer that Jesus calls you to be. Jesus is coming for a Triumphant Church - join us as we arise to walk in the fullness of everything that Jesus paid for us to have here in the earth as it is in heaven!

Our Story

YOU WERE MADE FOR VICTORY was birthed out of much struggle and many difficult trials that my family and I experienced. What seemed unfair, unjust, and just plain horrible, has been used by God to produce perseverance, character, and a purpose far beyond ourselves. God taught us through His Word and by His Spirit how to overcome the things that come against us, and you can too.

Many years ago, I would read these words of Jesus:

“Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these.” (John 14:12)

“And these signs shall follow them that believe…” (Mark 16:17)

“And as you go, preach, saying, the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely you have received, freely give.” (Matthew 10:7-8)

At that time in my life, I didn’t see these things happening personally in my world or anywhere around me. I knew there had to be more. I knew Jesus paid for me to have forgiveness of sins and eternal life, but, as I read my Bible, I saw that He paid for so much more.

As my family and I navigated the many trials and tribulations of life, we began to clearly see that “we are at war.” (Ephesians 6:10-20)

We realized that God is good and that these troubles that we were going through were not authored by Him. We saw that there is an enemy who does not want any of us to live out our God-given purposes. Jesus said in John 10:10, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full (abundant life).

God taught us through His Word that Jesus paid the highest price for us to walk in His power and authority here in the earth. Romans 5:17 says, “we are to rule or reign in life through Christ.” We are to have dominion in the earth.

He also tells us that we “are more than conquerors.” (Romans 8:37) There is no circumstance that we cannot overcome. Jesus paid the highest price so that you and I can live a victorious life through Him and His power that is at work in us. God made us to thrive and not just survive. 2 Corinthians 2:14 says, “Thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ (or the surpassing victory in Christ).”

Jesus is coming for a Triumphant Church. We have to be ready. We have to know who we are and what we have in Him to live in victory. We have to learn how to cooperate with God’s spiritual laws that are according to His Word.

God has taken what the enemy meant for harm and destruction in our lives, and He has flipped it and used it to make us stronger and know more of who we are in Christ. We see signs, wonders, and miracles on a regular basis because that’s who Jesus is, and He’s in us. Signs, wonders, and miracles are an expression of the Father’s love; they show his true nature. He’s a good, loving heavenly Father who is faithful and keeps His Word. He will do the same for you.

You may feel broken, defeated, and ready to give up because of the heartaches, challenges, and obstacles in your life. God says you were made for more. It’s in your DNA to win! If you are a believer and follower of Jesus, then you serve the greatest Champion of all champions! You are made to overcome whatever you are facing.

During a battle when my daughter was fighting for her life, God gave us a Word to stand on in Romans 8:18: “For I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing to the glory that will be revealed in us.” Just like He did in my family, God WILL take what the enemy meant to steal from you and use it for good. He’s an amazing Father!

God is raising up a remnant in these days that is raising up the army. A remnant is a group of sons and daughters of God who take Him fully at his Word. The army does the same and is positioned for victory.

Your life and the purpose God made you for matters to this world. What do you have to overcome?

Jesus has already paid for the victory. He is waiting on us to arise in all the fullness of what he has already won for us. Hebrews 10:13 says, “and since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool.” He is waiting on us. We have to learn how to “fight the good fight of faith,” according to 1 Timothy 6:12.

Romans 8:19 says, “The entire universe is standing on tiptoe, yearning to see the unveiling of God’s glorious sons and daughters!”

It’s time to arise in all of the fullness that Jesus paid the highest price for you and I to walk in! You may have been a believer for years, or maybe this is all new to you. Either way - you’re made to win. You were made for victory!
